Shipping policy

At Deal Targets, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. We offer shipping services to the Canada only.

Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

All prices and figures are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollar).

Handling & Order Cut Off Time:

Order handling time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping services.

Wrong Address:

If you provide the wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product.

Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not offer shipping to freight forwarders or reshipping services.

Shipping Carrier:

We use reliable shipping carrier UPS  or Fedex to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly send you an email containing the tracking number. To track your package, you can choose one of the following methods:

In the email you receive, simply click on the “View Order Status” link, which will redirect you to the tracking page.

Alternatively, you can copy the tracking number from the email and visit the respective shipping carrier’s website based on who is handling your package. Once on the carrier’s website, enter your tracking number to receive real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

Shipping Damage:

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@dealtargets.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that any delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
