Shipping Policy

1. PO Box Address Policy:

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

  • All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
  • Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
  • Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items
