* Lightning and Surge Protection - To prevent damage to your equipment from electric power surges and spikes.
* IEEE let-through ratings and regulatory agency compliance- APC surge protectors undergo stringent testing by IEEE, and are awarded "let-through ratings," which indicate the maximum voltage level that can possibly reach your equipment after a surge or voltage spike has passed through an electric surge protector. Lower IEEE let-through ratings indicate better protection and performance. The APC Essential SurgeArrest series offers optimal performance with a let-through rating of less than 330V for North American products, and a rating of less than 15% for products sold worldwide. All APC products comply with local agency safety requirements, including UL in North America and CE/Kema/Gost/C-tick/A-Tick/Telepermit in their respective regions.

Most other surge protectors continue to let power through even after circuits have been damaged, leaving your equipment exposed to additional dangerous power disturbances.
* Protection Working Indicator - This LED indicator will warn you if the SurgeArrest circuitry has been damaged by heavy strike or power line surge and it is unable to function normally. If still under warranty, APC will then replace your damaged SurgeArrest free of charge.
* Building Wiring Fault Indicator - This LED light informs you of potentially dangerous wiring problems in your wall circuit. Contact an electrician if the Wiring Fault Indicator is on.

Shipping Policy

1. PO Box Address Policy:

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
  • If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

  • If the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, Dealtargets.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

  • All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
  • Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
  • Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items

Due to Manufacturer Requirements: We are unable to offer returns for opened, non-defective products. This policy adheres to manufacturer requirements, and no exceptions can be made.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its factory-sealed condition or remain in its original shipping box.
