The included PowerChute management software provides unattended graceful shutdown of network operating systems. 1. PO Box Address Policy:

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:
