The Vertiv Avocent HMX8000R - IP KVM Receiver (HMX8000R) is a high performance KVM extender that offers 4K video over a single fiber connection, along with audio and USB. Dual head 4K can be achieved with additional fiber connection. It delivers pixel-perfect, color accurate picture quality at 4K 60Hz and USB2.0 for fast switching. The 1U receiver enables users to locate critical computing hardware in secure, temperature-controlled environment, away from the user work station to maintain component integrity. It provides access to system computers via a standard IP infrastructure network, allowing users the ability to share computing resources. System control is managed from a single access point through confirmed verification tools. This KVM system is ideal for demanding applications such as media, control rooms and collaborative environments. It is used in broadcasting, post production and many other industries where high resolution and zero latency are required.

Shipping Policy

1. PO Box Address Policy:

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
  • If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

  • If the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, Dealtargets.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

  • All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
  • Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
  • Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items
