The TeraStation 5020 is Buffalo's flagship network attached storage (NAS) product, purpose-built as a secure, high-performance storage solution optimized for high workloads. Available in desktop and rackmount form factors, the TS5020 comes with high capacities in partial- or full populated models with NAS-grade hard drives included, allowing you to fulfill your data needs now while leaving the option to expand later.

The TS5020 is an evolution of Buffalo's acclaimed TeraStation 5010 and 6000 Series devices, offering improved hardware and firmware with advanced productivity and security features to allow you to do more. With updated CPU and RAM, the TS5020 offers smoother operations and reduced backup times, even with high-load environments. Fully compatible with VMware and Hyper-V, the TS5020 can be set as an iSCSI backup target and iSCSI replication capable, allowing you to fully leverage virtualization to enhance your performance and security. Unlike our competitors, the TS5020 runs on a closed system to mitigate cyberthreats such as ransomware.

The TS5020 also features robust security features such as two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your login credentials, drive encryption, a closed system, and a myriad of on- and offline backup features to protect your data. In addition, the TS5020 will include the acclaimed snapshots feature from our TS6000 devices—a true game changer that allows you to back up and recover data near-instantaneously, without having to undergo cumbersome backup recovery processes. Snapshots are highly-scalable, allowing you to recover individual files to entire storage volumes, and can even help mitigate ransomware.

1. PO Box Address Policy:

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

If the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, Dealtargets.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items
