The DGS-1100-08PV2 8-Port Gigabit Smart Managed PoE switch is designed to meet the requirements of small, medium, and enterprise business networks. Compliant with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards, the switch supports up to 30W of PoE power on all eight ports. The overally PoE budget is 64W. The switch also supports IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), and consumes less energy by cutting down on power consumption when port utilization is low. It also features D-Link Green technology that helps save energy automatically. The switch can be managed by an intuitive client-based utility or a web-based management interface. The web-based interface provides a user-friendly way for network administrators to manage the switch down to the port level. The switch supports 802.1Q VLAN, QoS, and Bandwidth Limiting. Advanced security features include Static MAC, Storm Control, and IGMP Snooping. It also features Loopback Detection and Cable Diagnostics to help network administrators find and solve network problems quickly and easily. The DGS-1100-08PV2 carries a Lifetime Warranty which includes Next Business Day (NBD) hardware replacement.
