The DS-800WN is designed to be the perfect edge device for pulling digitized scan data into your document management solutions. EdgeLink scanners from Epson have built-in integrations with supported third-party software platforms. This allows end users to access their applications directly through the scanner’s large 4.3" color touchscreen. For smaller businesses and organizations, Epson’s powerful Document Capture Pro software is included, with features such as scanning to searchable PDF files. With accurate, high-quality scans at speeds up to 50 ppm/100 ipm (1) and a 100-page Auto Document Feeder (ADF), the DS-800WN is engineered to bring speed, reliability and ease of use to your workflows. The scanner also supports ScanWay PC-free scanning, allowing you to scan to a USB flash drive (2), email (3), network folders (3) or popular cloud services (4) without the need to install any software. For implementations needing advanced administration, Epson offers a robust suite of optional solutions for the scanner that facilitate centralized management, reporting, and server-based capture and authentication (including Active Directory). Shipping Policy

1. PO Box Address Policy:

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

If the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, Dealtargets.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items

Due to Manufacturer Requirements: We are unable to offer returns for opened, non-defective products. This policy adheres to manufacturer requirements, and no exceptions can be made.
