The ABC RBC33 is designed specifically for use with select APC brand UPS systems. It features two maintenance-free, sealed (leak-proof), lead-acid batteries (12V 9ah). RBC assemblies come complete with all required connectors, cable, fuses and metal enclosures where applicable, along with a simple installation guide. Genuinely assembled in the USA to OEM Standards. All ABC UPS replacement batteries are assembled right here in the USA, and made to the genuine, same exacting standards as the UPS battery you would purchase from the original equipment manufacturer. ABC was the original manufacturing division for APC replacement battery packs (RBC) until they moved their manufacturing to Asia in 2002. The only differences between an ABC battery pack and an APC battery pack are cost and what it says on the label. Each battery is tested twice for quality raw batteries are tested before assembly, and then tested again after final assembly to ensure a top-quality replacement battery pack. Along with US-based customer service and support, you can rest assured any UPS battery from ABC is built with the same quality and attention as the original UPS battery.

Shipping Policy

1. PO Box Address Policy:

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
  • If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

  • If the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, Dealtargets.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

  • All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
  • Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
  • Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items
