This Thunderbolt 4 dock uses a Thunderbolt 3/4, USB4, or USB-C port on a host computer to add connectivity while charging the laptop. The dock includes a 3.3ft/1m TB4 cable that connects to the front-facing USB-C host port, and features Kensington-style security slots. The dock features 2x HDMI and 2x DisplayPort outputs for connecting multiple monitors. It offers video flexibility, supporting single/dual/quad monitor configurations. With an Intel 12th Gen processor or higher that supports DP 1.4 with DSC, the dock can support a quad-monitor configuration with resolutions up to 4K 60Hz. Quad displays are also available at lower resolutions/refresh rates on computers without DSC or with earlier Intel revisions. The dock supports a single 8K 60Hz display on either HDMI ports. The Thunderbolt 4 dock includes a 180W power adapter and supports 98W USB PD. Enabling the dock to charge the laptop, with enough additional power for the downstream USB 2.0 port to support BC 1.2 with 7W for charging battery-powered USB devices. Thunderbolt 4 ensures the dock is fully compatible with Thunderbolt 4 laptops.

1. PO Box Address Policy:

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

If the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, Dealtargets.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items
