The B140-1A0 extends a DVI signal up to 200 ft., making it the ideal solution for digital signage applications requiring greater distance between the video source and monitors, ranging from retail and point-of-sale displays to trade show presentations. The B140-1A0 allows the video source to be in a secure, remote location for controlled access while still delivering a signal to devices in another area. The B140-1A0 should be used as a remote unit in an installation starting with Tripp Lite's B140-002 or B140-004 DVI splitters. The unit receives the signal from the splitter and extends it even further for added convenience.

This Tripp Lite DVI over Cat5 Active Extender Unit allows extension of a high-quality DVI signal beyond standard DVI cable lengths. The B140-1A0 can extend a 1024 x 768 (60Hz) resolution up to 200 ft. and a 1920 x 1080 (60Hz) resolution up to 150 ft. when used with a B140-series Tripp Lite DVI splitter. For maximum distance performance, always use 24 AWG Solid Wire Cat5e/6 cable (Tripp Lite N202-series).
BUILT-IN IMAGE EQUALIZATION
The B140-1A0 features built-in image equalization, allowing you to control the way the image appears on your remote display. There are seven equalization settings and the unit comes with a screwdriver for easy and convenient adjustment.

With no software or drivers to install, the B140-1A0's plug-and-play setup gets your application up and running faster. Simply plug in the unit's external power supply, connect unit to a Tripp Lite B140-series splitter and the remote display and watch as the B140-1A0 provides crystal-clear resolution. The unit is compatible with all DVI video sources and operating systems.
