DuPont Allergy & Flu Filter with True HEPA has 3 levels of filtration to defend against flu viruses and pollutants in the air. It captures 99% of airborne allergens and viruses, and helps inactivate the H1N1 virus. All-in-one filter system combines a True HEPA filter with an activated carbon filter and a durable mesh prefilter. Dupont 360 filtration draws in air from all directions to collect pollutants from around the room. The filter is at the core of purifying your air and replacement is essential for your purifier to perform at its best. Replace every 12 - 15 months and the Allergy & Flu Carbon Filter every 3 - 4 months (depending on usage). Change indicator light is displayed on your air purifier when filters need to be replaced. Compatible with all TruSens Medium Air Purifiers.

Shipping Policy

1. PO Box Address Policy:

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
If a PO Box address is provided, the order will be canceled, and we will not capture your pending payment.

2. Delivery Failure Due to Customer Fault:

If the delivery failure is attributed to customer-related factors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, Dealtargets.com will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and for being available to receive the package during the designated delivery times.
Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failure caused by customer fault, including but not limited to redelivery fees, will be borne by the customer.

3. Adult Signature Requirement and Shipping Address Policy:

All shipments processed through Dealtargets.ca require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure that a person of legal age is available to sign for the package upon its arrival.
Once a parcel has been shipped, Dealtargets.ca does not entertain requests for changing the shipping address. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information during checkout.
Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these policies, such as missed deliveries or address changes after shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items

Due to Manufacturer Requirements: We are unable to offer returns for opened, non-defective products. This policy adheres to manufacturer requirements, and no exceptions can be made.
